HPDA New Auction Scheme 2016 for Various Plots in Different Schemes

Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA) has announced an auction program for the allotment of Industrial/ Group Housing, Primary/ Nursery/ Intermediate School, Nursing Home and Godown Plots under various schemes such as Anand Vihar Yojana, Preet Vihar First/Second/Third, Textile City and
Transport Nagar.

The authority has invited the application for interested bidders from 11 April 2016 through the offline mode. The last date of application form submission is 19 April 2016. Terms & conditions and other details are mentioned in scheme advertisement.

How to Apply for HPDA Auction Scheme 2016:

The interested applicants can be purchased the application form from the designated bank branches of Syndicate Bank by paying Rs. 1000/-. The duly filled application forms should be submitted before 19 April 2016 at authority property department.

The application can also be downloaded from the official website of Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority http://www.hpdaonline.com on payment of Rs. 1000/- demand draft/banker’s cheque along with the application in favor of Vice President, Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority or Hapur.
